Does Madonna have a hankering for cake of both the beef and veal variety, served up with a piping hot side of publicity? Just days after the brawny pop icon, 50, reportedly spent quality time with Alex Rodriguez at the Hamptons estate of Jerry Seinfeld, she stepped out in New York on Sunday afternoon with 22-year-old Brazilian model Jesus Luz.

The Big M was captured by a passel of paparazzi as she exited a Manhattan eatery with the strapping, curly-haired eye candy, who made sure he was camera-ready by unbuttoning his shirt just short of the point of cheesiness.

Madonna, who, after breaking bread with Jesus, was seen shopping with 12-year-old daughter Lourdes and 3-year-old son David, is said to have taken a shine to the felicitously named looker during a photo shoot for W magazine in Rio de Janeiro last December.

Word is, she invited him along on the remaining dates of her Sticky & Sweet tour, which wrapped at the end of the month (and will relaunch this summer). Soon after, rumors surfaced that Luz, who supposedly jacked up his modeling rates due to his Madonna connection, planned to rendezvous with her in London to ring in his 22nd birthday.

"Everyone knows they are 'ficando,' which is a Portuguese expression that means they are kissing and doing other things but without any obligation of being faithful or getting into a relationship afterwards," a mole told the Brazilian Web site Glamurama.com.br in December.
Madonna's outing with Jesus came on the same day the New York Post reported that A-Rod's divorce from wife Cynthia had been finalized by a Miami court.

Speaking of divorce, has Guy Ritchie capitulated to his ex-wife by allowing her to keep David and Rocco, 8, in New York?

The London Daily Mirror reports the director has decided not to battle Madonna on the residency issue because it's what's best for the kids.

"It is quite simple in Guy's eyes -- Rocco comes before him. He has always put Rocco and David's future ahead of his own and this is why he has relented," a source tells the paper. "He is adamant he wants to keep the boys and their sister Lourdes together. He does not want to tear them apart from each other."

Ritchie, who's been shooting "Sherlock Holmes" in NYC, has purportedly reassured his sons that he'll see them plenty.
"He is already making plans to visit the children in America," adds the insider, "and looking at the possibility of them having holidays in England."
Guy, another spy tells the London Sun, is "gutted but resigned" to the arrangement.
"Lourdes was always going to stay with her mum. But keeping Rocco and David close to him in London was the only thing Guy really wanted from the divorce," says the confidant. "He thought he had a real chance, especially as their school is here. He desperately loves those boys and is a devoted dad."

Insists the pal, "Guy will still see his sons all the time. He said, 'It doesn't matter where they live -- they will always have the hearts and souls of Englishmen.'"

Not to mention a red string around their wrists. Ritchie was spotted twice at the Kabbalah Centre in New York over the weekend with Madonna and the kids.

"Guy looked a bit grim but Madge was beaming," an onlooker relays to the London Sun. "She loves having her kids with her in the U.S."

Madonna's rep didn't respond to our request for comment on the relocation rumors.
